Questions
- What counts as a truck?
- Any vehicle in your fleet that isn't archived, sold or retired.
- What happens when we add trucks?
- Nothing is blocked. If your fleet grows past your plan, you move to the next plan at your next bill, and we email you first. The same happens if your fleet shrinks. On a yearly plan, the difference is prorated right away.
- What happens after the trial?
- Set up billing any time. If you don't, you keep working for 3 more days; then your account becomes read-only until billing is set up. You can still view and export everything, and nothing is deleted.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes, any time, from Settings. You keep full access for 7 days, then your account becomes read-only; you can still view and export everything.
- Do you bill in Canadian dollars?
- Prices are in US dollars. Your card provider converts at its usual rate.
